But for me, the Penelope Barrel Strength sets itself apart with a little less spicy taste than the Private Selection, while still having similar grain and citrus notes. At 116 proof, the initial citrus and warmth at the end is exceptional. Penelope Bourbon has created a great product perfect for everyday occasions.
